Swainger, Alfred Michael James
180 Farrell Street 1920-1943 
He was born in Port Melbourne in 1889 and at the time of living in Farrell Street he was a driver.
In 1911 he married Avril Kathleen De Pau who was born in Albert Park in 1892. They had two daughters and a son:
Alva Kathleen born 27th April 1912
Nancy Constance born 1914
Joseph born 15h March 1920 and baptised at St Joseph's 14th April 1920.
Both Alva and Nancy were furriers.
Alfred died in 1943. Possibly they left the house in Farrell Street after that event.
Alva married Frank Eric Hester 24th August 1935 at St Joseph's.
Nancy married Edmund John Moss 5th November 1938; They had one daughter Nanette Avril born 11 November 1943. Edmund died 1978.
