    “Private L. de Medici,(wounded) is 19 years of age, and was born at Port Melbourne. He worked at Mr. Mayze’s, coach builder, &c, and was one of tho first to volunteer for the first force, but was rejected on account of his teeth. He volunteered again and was accepted for the second contingent. He is a son of Mr. J. de Medici, engine driver on the Victorian railways”.
