MORRISON. – A tribute to the memory of W. H. Morrison (Will), officially reported accidentally drowned 11/8/18, after 2½ years’ service abroad, devoted husband of Jessie (nee Parker).

Why, what we long for most of all
Eludes so oft our eager hand,
Why hopes are crushed and castles fall,
Up there, some time we’ll understand.

    “One of the best.”
On his long furlough after faithful duty.
(His sorrowing wife, J. Morrison, 51 Evans street, Port Melbourne.)
